30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your ShredLights we will gladly accept returns for a refund of the product up to 30 days after purchase. 

Please reach out to support@shredlights.com to get the return address.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must be located in the United States
• The item must be in brand-new condition.
• Products damaged for reasons not covered under warranty will not be accepted.
• Return shipping charges may apply.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

After receiving the returned product, we will refund the full cost of the returned product. 

NOTE: Please include all original items in the order. Feel free to keep the stickers!

Example for esk8 Headlights will include: (2) Headlights, (2) Brackets, (1) Charging Cable, and (1) Manual

Any missing items will be deducted from the total refund.
